I founded the Change Design Institute to reduce the effort and stress of change in organizations and combat the dismal change failure rates. My research and my consulting practice focuses on how to design, plan and execute strategic change effectively and efficiently including:


  • How to quickly engage busy people in collaboratively figuring out why, what and how their organization should change. 
  • How to uncover and prevent hidden risks and resistance and build empowered commitment to success.


I want to share the insights, techniques and tools I have developed along the way, and am still discovering and enhancing, through research and consulting with large and small organizations. I purposefully design the learning and coaching and facilitation so that learners experience how bringing together diverse perspectives through design thinking and powerful yet simple tools improves the quality of the change and reduces the risks and costs.
